630KVA Oil Immersed Power Transformer 35KV

Oil-Immersed Power Transformer

630KVA Oil Immersed Power Transformer 35KV

Oil-immersed transformers, oil is the primary insulation material, which also use oil as a cooling medium for forced oil circulation, oil-immersed air cooling, oil-immersed water cooling, and oil-immersed self-cooling. Iron core, winding, fuel tank, oil pillow, breathing device, explosion-proof tube (pressure relief valve), radiator, insulation sleeve, tap changer, gas relay, thermometer, oil purifier, and so forth are the essential parts of the transformer.

Due to oil's ability to permeate between the layers of oil-immersed transformer silicon steel and its elastic buffering properties from prolonged immersion in the transformer, oil-immersed transformer noise is minimal. The Laminated Core Type Transformer has a high fill factor, an inscribed polygonal cross section, and a multistage step lapped joint fully oblique structure that can reduce noise and magnetic resistance. After stress is eliminated by high temperature annealing, no-load loss is significantly decreased.

Oil-immersed transformer under the specified cooling conditions, can be operated according to the nameplate, but the top oil temperature shall not exceed 90. In order to prevent transformer insulation aging, the top oil temperature should not often exceed 85, and the alarm setting value is set at 80.

When the transformer is installed with the heddle-side meter, the data should be downloaded and the load should be analyzed every month. For the transformer with an overload trend, the data download cycle should be shortened, and the transformer load and temperature should be measured within the calculation of the overload time, and the cause of the overload should be inspected and checked in time when conditions are available. It is found that the transformer load exceeds the high (1.3 times more than the rated current) or the temperature exceeds the upper limit.
