Oil-immersed power transformer S11-M-2500/10 Three phase 30kva-2500kva
1. Iron core
The iron core is composed of silicon steel sheets with good magnetic permeability, which forms a magnetic flux closure, and the primary and secondary windings of the transformer are wrapped around the iron core.
Transformer core is divided into two types of core and shell structure, and the transformers widely used at present are heart structure. The core consists of a south core post and an iron yoke. The iron core of the oil-immersed callose has an oil channel to cool the iron core, which facilitates the oil circulation of the transformer, and also enhances the heat dissipation effect of the equipment.
2. Winding
The winding, also known as the coil,is the conductive circuit of the transformer, which is wound by copper or aluminum wire into a multi-layer cylindrical shape. The primary and secondary winding are concentrically set on the core column,in order to insulate, the general low-voltage winding is outside the high-voltage winding. The insulation material is wrapped around the wire to ensure the insulation between the wires and the wires to the ground.
3. Fuel tank
The oil tank is the shell of the oil-immersed transformer, and its role is to install other components in addition to oil.
4. Voltage regulator
The voltage regulator is set up to ensure the stability of the secondary voltage of the transformer. When the power supply voltage changes, the voltage regulator is used to adjust the transformer tap changer to ensure that the output voltage of the secondary side is stable. The voltage regulator is divided into load regulator and no load regulator.
This series of transformers can be installed without a core inspection following standard transportation, and upon passing the acceptance project test, they can be put into service.
