The three-phase oil-immersed distribution transformer produced by our company adopts a new type of insulation structure, which improves the short-circuit resistance. 1. Pure copper coil performance that is stable.High-grade paper-wrapped copper wire and copper foil are used, and each copper coil has excellent conductivity, robust short-circuit resistance, and a 30-year lifespan!

2. Losses are decreased by new silicon steel sheet.When the premium cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheet is vacuum-annealed, no-load loss and noise are significantly decreased and mechanical strength is improved. It is also rolled without seams, increasing the lamination coefficient and effective section!

3. Pay close attention to details and aim for perfection.The primary empty route between the high and low pressure and the axial oil passage of the high voltage winding both use stays to ensure the tightness and roundness of the winding and to minimize temperature rise.

4. A completely sealed insulating design that dissipates heat.Utilizing a completely sealed corrugated fuel tank, spray process, corrugated heat dissipation, and eliminating the oil storage tank results in smooth reflux, no dead angle of oil collection, an attractive appearance, resistance to oil stains, and an increased overload capacity of the transformer that requires no maintenance during normal operation!
